No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Repair and Resize Warranty included in price. Shipping not included. Customer is responsible for shipping/pickup.

  • Damaged Beadful Little Things & Co items caused by wear and tear can be be repaired for free if you have all pieces( NO new items will be added to repair items except cording). Customer is responsible for shipping/pickup. Must contact Beadful Little Things & Co to initiate repair. 
  • Resize warranty within 60 days is included in price. Customer pays for return shipping.

Be sure to enter the correct mailing address. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Beadful Little Things & Co, LLC is not responsible for missing orders due to customer errors. You will need to file a complaint with your local USPS using your confirmation number.
